The healthcare system (Assurance Maladie) is one of the most utilized public services in France, yet it's online portal suffers from a poor usability and outdated interface. As a UX/UI designer, I took on the challenge of improving the dashboard's user experience by identifying and addressing key issues.
I conducted a thorough analysis of the existing dashboard and identified areas for improvement. After research and competitor analysis, I proposed a new design that would address these issues and provide a better user experience. My proposal is based on UX/UI principles and best practices, with a focus on intuitive navigation, clear information architecture, consistent usage of interaction patterns and components, and engaging visual design.
